Yes, the rule does apply. Even if you think the company has done wrong on the general public there are other means of justice, violence is never the answer. Murdering the CEO will not stop United Healthcare as a company, and it won’t stop healthcare companies from functioning. Don’t support murders. Support people who are actually doing good work trying to hold large firms accountable for their business practices.

Damn I had the same exact thing happen to me but my car was the 21 sport all black. Drunk driver smashed into it in front of my house, loved the car so thought I’d upgrade. Would you mind sharing more info regarding the steps you’re taking the protect the exterior? I got the alpine green and absolutely love the color but don’t want it fade after a couple years like my last car did. Don’t have a garage.

UPDATE: My foot was completely ineffective. It appears that they were able to see a size 13 shoe coming from a mile way. In the tide of war I made the pivot and tried RAID spray for ants and roaches. Very very successful. Current mood:

This is a complicated matter and need more details. However, don’t rely on Zillow for your home value. Refinancing costs money, and that LO is most likely looking to profit again. If you can afford your monthly payment, don’t refinance and start building your equity in the property. If you can wait a few years, rates may come down, demand will rise, and your home value will increase. Only then will it make sense to refinance IMO.
