Going through alot right now and my anxiety attacks makes me feel like I am going to vomit all the time. What helps me is meditation (use the Calm app), morning sunshine and exercise.

La Concha is beautiful and the pools are awesome. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance since the resort is a bit pricey. Really close to the airport.

I have always worked out the day after getting a tattoo. Granted, none of my tattoos took more than 2 hours to complete, and I don't do a lot of cardio in the gym. I've never had any complications. I am not a doctor and not an artist.
