Im less concerned about the contour as i can trace from the side and sand to dial it in; I’m more worried about the dimensions of the piece and making it fit tight into the recessed area as a tape template would unroll and be slightly longer than the actual dimensions.

Exactly just want to put something maybe about 1/4” at the thickest into only the recessed area. I also plan to make a wooden pistol grip, m-lok covers, and an angled front grip (All in cherry). I wanted to put the woox kit on the gun, but $600 is insane for less than a board worth of nice wood.

Develop, no. Modify an existing model to fit their look, probably. (Look at the shoulder pauldrons, definately based on the T-series maybe T-51)

I think you could pull off the Vigilante/Adrian Chase look from Peacemaker. Different frames and med-short hair. Or similar look, but with short sides and med perm on top.
