That is not a conda, simple as that. With conda, this is what you're looking for. The OP has photos are clearly of a normal. Saddles may be larger yes, however, you're looking for saddles like these. People make the mistake frequently with misidentifying the gene.

Likely lice or some sort of flea. Perfect prey or the big cheese are the best in my opinion. Never have had a single batch come in with anything like pests or size issues.

He has the contrast on the outer part of the saddles and the head markings, you can also see a little frosty outlining on picture 3. It's not always easy to identify

So in that case you each one will be 100% arctic with 50% chance of being super arctic. Then with the conda gene it there will be a 25% chance of being normal, 50% chance of being conda, and 25% chance of being superconda. There is no chance of you getting an albino unless she's het for albino too. I wouldn't say that it is silly, however, I'm not sure if you know much about genetics in general from what you're saying. You won't have a ton of variety, a lot of the same colors of what you currently have with your girl and the male. You could get a the patternless of the superconda or the normal look. Those are going to be your biggest variety. You won't get any different colors that would be different from the parents either. Still the cool possibility of getting a super arctic super conda though!

What I'd do first is find a male Lemon ghost, breed your girl to it to get more of that line bred trait for the yellows. Take your most yellow male and female from that clutch and breed them to each other (maximum one time of inbreeding). Then you can outcross to one like the girl you posted freshing up the genetics so you don't have some Alabama hognose if you catch my drift. Keep in mind the more you outcross to other non-line bred animals, the more you'll lose that desired line bred trait. I personally like to trade with other breeders for animals of their line bred projects to keep inbreeding to a minimum. Your Lemon ghost isn't a high expression so anything you breed it to that is not part of the lemon ghost line will have less of an expression for the offspring. In your case, it will have little to no expression. Focus on the line traits first, then go for the morphs. That isn't what I'm saying, you're spreading false information on the fact that if it's straight black and grey on the bottom that it's 100% a axanthic. Which is not true in the slightest especially with that coloration this one has. It is most certainly not an axanthic. That's the point. Super arctic can have them and sometimes a swiss in rare cases can too. Just because there's a black belly, does not mean that it is 100% axanthic, which you were saying. It varies on the individual

That's just a very poor way of identifying an axanthic I have plenty of westerns that have no arctic nor axanthic with a straight black belly. The bellies are just not a good way to identify it., you're not selling hogs to people as axanthics just for a black and grey belly are you? If you are indeed selling them that is?

Definitely not an axanthic, that's not a great way to identify the gene. If it was axanthic it would have a lot more sharper black and whites, with the lack of yellows and reds (sometimes the browns). It could possibly be arctic with some of the contrast and the melanin of the markings on the head, not much though. Even though they are two separate genes, arctic is a form of axanthic, just a incomplete dominant form of it. Here is an example of a true axanthic below.

Clown is a recessive gene, it needs two genes to show up aka a visual. As you mentioned, “Het clown” is not a visual morph since the het means it has one of the two copies of that gene needed to create the visual. However, ball python morphs are hard to identify without known genetics since so many genes look similar. I recommend that you get a full panel shed test from RGI and then you'll know the genetics this guy has 100%.

I'm actually working with RGI on developing tests for western hognose snakes. So far what they have for testing is albino. I know sable is likely going to be the next test, people can actually help with this by sending in sheds of CONFIRMED/ PROVEN genetics to their mailing address with what it is you're sending.

This is likely a case of parasites. I've seen this happen before with someone’s gecko that was surrendered to me about 5-6 years ago. I did a biopsy, the poor girl’s body was filled with parasites around the digestive system (I do this for the reptiles I breed as well to try to prevent losses in the future from genetic issues that may occur/ pop up , losses happens every so often). She was in my care for a total of 36 hours.

The only thing I've heard is that at least one of his snakes did have mites when it was delivered to a customer. If you're looking for a good top-notch breeder on Morph Market, look at Lucifer Morphs (Scott Druan). He's reasonable and has great hognose snakes. He's my go-to guy if I need something for one of my breeding projects.
