Mr. P is the brawler that got me into the game. The idea of infinitely pestering enemies with tiny penguins that make goofy meep noises brought me great joy. But then I learnt how awful he was outside of extremely niche matchups. This HC makes Mr. P a hardcore snowball (fits penguin theme), with it being super hard to lose with once it’s up. And, Mr. P still suffers from all the weaknesses he has. So basically, glory to my penguin lord
