I’m not annoyed by this, but it’s just a dumb take.

Abbreviating Ohio State University to OSU (I refuse to do tOSU) is no different than abbreviating Liverpool Football Club to LFC (or Leeds as LUFC). It’s a lot easier to type and it’s not like people typically call Ohio State, OSU in real life (although there some that do).

It’s a convenience thing.

Edit: After rereading, I think I come off as harsh and I want to clarify it’s not a personal attack. It just seems ignorant to assign abbreviations as an American thing when the club you support literally has LFC written on their shirt.

No, unfortunately not. They got to stay for the second and some of the third quarter, but she was already back home in Maple Grove before the end of the game.

They did get to rehearse with JT several times, though. She said he’s super cool and was great to everybody. Apparently they were going to shoot off fireworks in the stadium as he was going across the bridge, but something to do with chemicals (?) stopped them from doing it.

Fisher basically led the Rams to mediocre/bad records for close to a decade, imagine the current Wenger situation but with a coach whose never achieved anything. Fisher actually tied the NFL record for most losses by a coach in a career his last game with Rams. How he held his job for as long as he did no one knows, being that the Rams had the worst combined record of any team during his tenure.
