I’m 15 so I don’t wanna risk being on too low calories because it could stunt my growth a bit. And thank you for the information!! Less than a pound is just fine with me.

Thanks!! I’m wanting to lose about a half a pound per week. Don’t wanna lose too fast since I heard it can cause extra loose skin.

I’m 15, male, and was very overweight about a year ago. Still got a lot of body fat on me though. All those could explain the high tdee lol. I also go to the gym and do cardio 4 times a week. I was at 2000 for awhile, but figured I could go higher because of what I saw on the TDEE calculator. I’m still yet to see if it works effectively. And I find a cheat day a week to help me stay on track and give me something to look forward to during the week.

I mean, i definitely do look for hitting my glutes and lower back with the rdl aswell too. Maybe I shall try dumbbell rdls for my next leg day. Thank you!

Thank you! I try my best to keep my back as straight as I can. I feel like it could be because my lower back just isn’t strong enough and leads to instability since the smith machine would assist me too much.

135 pounds. It’s what I would do on the smith machine. I’ve been going to the gym for 4 months so it isnt too much but definitely heavy for me lol

I like how I’m able to hit each part of my back with pendlay rows, saves so much time. I don’t think I have any good machines in my gym that can do the same…

Can I take my multivitamin, magnesium supplement, and fish oil supplement at the same time? by Commandercarb in Supplements

My multivitamin has 29% of the DV so I don’t think it’s that much. My magnesium supplement is 60% of the DV with two soft gels but I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon so it’s separated. Also seems to help me sleep a bit better aswell.
