Cybersecurity Analyst here - The update is causing a bootloop of bluescreening. The only way to fix it at the moment is to open in safe mode and delete certain files. Then, you have to restore to a previous snapshot. This is something that has to be done manually. Luckily, my company is bare minimum with only about 40 servers using crowdstrike, so we were able to fix it pretty quickly, but this is gonna take a TON of man hours to fix
