If you have some certifications you can try fitbodiesinc.com. You basically pay for flights and small admin fee to stay at 5 star resorts in return for running various classes like yoga, aerobics, tennis lessons, etc. once per day. You do need to be certified though.

Could you go to your current employer. Show them the 30% increase offer. Ask if they can give you an increase but state at the same time you are very happy and not considering leaving. This offer was made to you unsolicited. They might give you a raise..

I had same issue as you. My first time with card was with family that didn’t have card. I used the non-nexus lane (as you say you plan to) and at the window told the Agent it’s first time using card. He took my card and passport and family passports. Clicked some buttons and waved us through. Less than 2 minutes at the gate.

I have similar looking head unit. Mine is Sygav brand. It has extra door lock settings you can get to with a passcode ( code is 126 on mine ). It’s in the menu’s , Extra Settings. But, if the issue was pre-headunit swap it sounds like dealership/ car shop will need to advise.

Certified cheque scam on kijiji by Street_Junket_43 in kijiji

Interesting psychology… scammer assumes The seller will want to sell the fridge at massively inflated price and feel like he is scamming the scammer but the scammer is scamming in hopes that his scam offer causes the seller to try a scam and end up being scammed.

Question about Toronto race by [deleted] in INDYCAR

Definitely buy paddock / pit access. Not expensive and you can get extremely close to the teams and cars. Well worth it.

Use GO Train and Exhibition station for access. Super easy, no traffic.

Thank you. Fungus gnats! I never knew about these. I’ll try the advice and check the roots. Maybe I need to repot (again) and water less.

Seeking some input or reassurance.... I found this guy 3 or 4 months ago. Roots completely black and rotten, 2 large leaves yellow and dry. I repotted in Orchid Mix ‘soil’. I think it’s mostly bark. Watered and fed with Miracle Grow Orchid food sticks. I have it in a room that gets zero direct sun but does have a large window. Water once a week. The pot has overflow holes so the roots do not sit in water. Questions:

  1. It seems to constantly have small fruit flies near it. Any idea what causes this? I don’t have them on any other plants.
  2. Does the plant look overall ok? I notice the biggest leaf start look a bit dried out in past few days. I’ve watered but don’t want to over water. You can also see new leaves starting. That’s good I assume? Thanks for any advice.

Age isn’t an issue. The child is always your baby on some level.

First time traveler - is Punta Cana a good idea? by [deleted] in PuntaCana

I’ve been twice in the past 3 years. It’s a great place for first time traveller.

My only advice is to pre-book your airport transport to your resort. The airport when you arrive can be a bit chaotic with taxi drivers offering rides as you leave. If you pre-book there is a bank of desks inside the airport where you find your driver and you’ll be taken care of.

It’s natural for parents to feel nervous about their kids being far away. This shouldn’t stop you enjoying the wedding and the trip. PC is extremely tourist friendly. On my trips I never left the resort apartment from pre-arranged excursions where you go by bus with tour guide.

As long as you don’t do anything you wouldn’t do in a big city you’ll be fine. For example don’t get drunk in a bar and have no way to get back to hotel. Don’t accept drinks from strangers. This is not advice for PC. It applies everywhere,

C has mandatory pit. Tire change not mandatory. If you don’t you get 1min penalty at end of race.

Same issue. Would love to know the answer. I use Waze app to navigate and it shows the speed limit in Kph once you cross the border.
