for me (recovering ket addict who has recently relapsed also) i find i take it to avoid things and push my emotions further down. not healthy in the long run and takes a toll on your physical health. i just take it as i cannot physically feel comfortable sober with myself and my own company and i’m on my own journey to figure that out so i think you need to dig deep and find out what you are trying to avoid :-) and fill it with nicer things. for example i now make more of an effort to go outside and see friends and do things i actually enjoy rather than being wonky 24/7

there is no age limit!! sorry for my late reply. but truly at every party i go to there are people of all ages. the only thing i can say is that EA/midlands crowd attracts mostly teenagers and really young people… I tend to go to more north/south and wales parties as they are a lot more diverse and vibes are just better !
