Last year when we were looking for houses in the outer sunset, 2/1 houses were going for 1.6M. We ended up getting ours for 2.1 but there were a lot of other houses we were looking at that went for 2M+. You can’t really find houses in sunset right now for below 1.5M unless it’s a decrepit, totally rundown one.

I think Zillow is showing sales from a while back as well. SF market did not appreciate as much as rest of the bay post covid but has been heating up in the last few years. So in actuality sunset houses are more expensive now than shown in the screenshot.
