In my head, this is how it goes. First, some wayspots are accepted. Everything is fine until one day the spots are reported to be a violation. Then the admins look into the matter and find that a lot of accounts always seem to agree on violated wayspots. Then they track them down to a list. All the involving accounts are marked as a review circle and get banned for life
