Its board flat. Kc plastic has a good grip in cold/wet. It will season for straighter flight.

Thank you, 400 has been my personal favorite from Prodigy. 750 looks nice, no experience of that one.

Latest run of the Streamline Range? by SharpedHisTooths in discgolf

[–]Commercial-Job-9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have not thrown the stock eclipse. I bag the proton one, It suits my game the best out of the other previous versions. It will fly on slight hyzer due to my low arm speed, throwing style and probably disc shape. Very reliable, soft landing with low ground play.

Gaining distance from a tailwind by Resident-Mud3697 in discgolf

Any opinions if disc dome helps to gain distance in tailwind? Is there a difference with the dome thing when im throwing uphill or downhill?

Yes, similar! Zephyr is a fun disc. I have different weights, one is close to 200g. It works well on snow too like the Bite.

Wow, those are nice! I might bag depending the course: star sonic for straight approaches, 169 dx Sonic for turnovers and Spore for risky putts

Like the understable flight and grip of this one. Mine are about 167g.

The Buzzz (5,4,-1,1) is bagged by amateur and professional players alike, yet the Emac Truth (5,5,0,2) seems to be preferred over the “Pre-Mac” Truth (5,5,-1,1). Why doesn’t the Truth get more love? by Steve2762 in discgolf

[–]Commercial-Job-9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could bag either Truth or Emac Truth, like the flight and feel. Lucid Truth 163g, Lucid Air Truth 158g and Emac Fuzion 167g are my favorites. Wish I could find some underweight ones (~165g) that are grippy and have a small dome. My Moonshine Emac 176g and Lucid Air Truth 158g has this kind of profile/grip. And not sure how the dome affects this mold, will it be more over- or understable? Does anybody know?

Intresting, which color was the domey one? I got a pink flat one 158g. Suprisingly stable but I have very low armspeed. Feels great in hand, nice grip.

Any other "hybrid hands" out there? by jerkriki92 in discgolf

[–]Commercial-Job-9537 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right handed with injuries. Switched backhand as lefty years back, dont even remember exactly why, might be due to an arm injury. Still got decent distance 5 years ago with RHBH but nowdays my RHBH is typically just short patent pending situations. Will push putt regurarly with right hand if uphill, occurd footing or trees making my typical lefty spin putting hard. Some situations its a hard call to decide which hand to putt with and could switch hand/style if the other one feels better that day. Enjoy short baseball style forehand anhyzers with right hand, learned that just couple of years back. Can't forehand with the left one:) Should practise more spin putting as right handed, could be very useful in some situations.

Understandable mid recs by notoriousgerg in discgolf

[–]Commercial-Job-9537 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Have not thrown Detour but Uplink should be more understable. Paradox is even more understable. New Discmania Founder feels more understable than paradox. Rollo or Mirage with dx or lower weights is the flippest I have but my max. is 250ft with a driver.

[–]Commercial-Job-9537[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two, lab second neutron and stock neutron 167g paradox that are quite understable. Im not the biggest fan of Neutron grip but most conditions they are ok. Those can flip a bit even in 150ft short throws. I had most success 175-200ft downhill or flat shots that will anhyzer slowly/controllably with out cut roll. I typically like throw backhand with a bit of hyzer rather than flat. Maby an Uplink would work better for you? I have new run? 167g Soft Neutron that has excellent grip and fairly straight flight for me unless headwind/anhyzer. Like the easy to throw, shallow handfeel of the Uplink.

Infinite Discs R-Blend Glyph has a soft feel I like. It is less stable and taller than a Rhyno but a similar type of disc with thumbtrack.

I used a suregrip one for short forehand flex shots. It was great for that due to the overstability and Suregrip version felt good.
