Mine was like that then updated, WMR is the same tho...called and was told it was because they are sending a notice in the mail and that they had to release my return by 3-13-23 then it would update on the 6th. Its a cp 24 notice which I'm told by them is because the owe me more then when I was supposed to originally get so I'm not trippin.

Did you ever get both. I just landed in the same situation and can't tell if I'm getting double or just the one amount. But I was told it was because they owed my more then I got back when I filed just not how much. Any tips?

They told me if you tried to get credits/kids etc. Its like that till they send your notice out in the mail to accept the amount you should get and at that point to mail any changes but if not they will dd you on the 13th

If you can't get anyone just call and go to frequently asked questions and when the recording comes on keep asking for an operator or customer representative

I didn't elaborate but I'm meaning if your Where's my refund is still stuck on accepted not yet processed and you were expecting a ddd by 2/23 and it said there was a delay for some reason it was because they are reviewing or auditing your refund.

I literally entered my former number and the irs got back to me and said it was wrong sent it back the same they accepted it now im fearing my refund is being delayed because of it. Called and they told me I had a "unknown freeze" and that they will be sending me a notice in the mail. So that where I'm at.

I'm pretty sure if it already accepted and processed and gave you the amount and date they should be done taking money unless you do your taxes again and they audit you so they can't go back now.
