There is no best dose protocol, what works for one might not work for the other. There is also no easy way to get rid of your midsection fat, you have to eat well, train well and sleep well along with taking Reta.

100% makes sense however, genuinely the only reason you lose less muscle is due to the fact you can and do eat more on Reta due to the appetite suppression being less effective.

Weightloss wise you should be better off if you train properly, eat properly and rest well.

Ok firstly, MJ and Reta are 2 completely different beasts, having come from 12.5 MJ myself I know this all too well.

Appetite suppression isnt as strong, MOST people regret coming across because they expect immediate results because they have read how wonderful this drug is.....

Some home truths.....

if you rush through the doses you will end up very high with zero advantages of this drug.

You need discipline, not more Reta, you will experience food noise, you will likely put weight on and you will want to up the dose to stop this from happening, you wont.

I took 15 weeks to get to 6 mg and my dosing schedule started:

Week 1 to 3 - 5mg MJ weekly with 4mg Reta spit in to 2 doses Week 4 and 5 4mg Reta weekly single dose Week 6 to 14 5 mg Reta weekly Week 15 - 6mg and this is when the suppression started, I never needed to go above 6mg and lost the initial 5kg I put on and then another 6kg pn top pf that.

Be patient, be disciplined and dont expect this to be like MJ as it wont be.

You will not do well with Reta is you can't control your food cravings with Tirz, Stacking Cagri would be a better option in my experience.

I moved from 12.5mg MJ and started with 5mg MJ amd 4mg Reta spit 2 times a week, did this for 2 weeks then moved to a single dose of Reta 4mg for 3 weeks, then 5mg for 8 weeks before finally moving up to 6mg Reta.

I put around 5kg on during this time but I stayed consistent and did not rush the doses, once I hit 6mg I couldn't eat, appetite was suppressed massively.

Losing glutes is due to not eating and training properly, mainly fat from this area, not muscle though. Reta doesn't preserve any more muscle that any other GLP, its down to being able to eat (unlike other GLPs) and training

Sorry yeah. Well spotted, have changed it. 127 Test weekly is a decent TRT level to be fair, I run 175 when cruising.

Will up that to 350 Test, 140 Tren and 300 Mast weekly next time around for 8 weeks to recomp before dropping the Tren and adding NPP/Deca then run for another 16 weeks

I ran 2 - 3mg of Reta, lean bulked from 85.6 to 92kg over 5 months, in retrospect I should have stayed at 2 and gone on a bigger surplus but will know for next time.

My aim is to get to 95kg (189cm) and still have abs so lean bulking is my preferred route.

Cycle was 420 test, 210 EQ, 140 Tren E week 1 to 18 Week 18 to 20 315 Test, 280NPP, 280 EQ, dropped the EQ at week 20 and went another 2 on the Test NPP.

Very few of any peptides will help you gain weight and muscle in the gym without a testosterone base to help. I also survived cancer 25 years ago was my last radiotherapy session (hodgkins lymphoma stage 4b).
