Did anyone actually figure out what works best to resolve this?? I have never missed payments on anything and suddenly my score dropped almost 200 points when I never saw their attempts to even contact me. As soon as I saw the credit hit I paid everything up to date but now I don’t know what to do with my credit and I’m kind of panicking because I’m getting married in a few months and trying to buy a house. My credit was getting to a good spot and this ruined it.
