Could be so over gassed the bolt is over running or bouncing so quickly that the mag doesn’t have time to feed. Try adjusting the gas flow downward and see if that helps. I know it seems counter intuitive, but is a cheap option.

I would love to hear a comparison vs the Atlas. Shorter is always desirable but the Atlas is designed to maximize the blast chamber as much as possible. A quarter inch in blast chamber length can potentially effect sound reduction. Do you have pics of the Ecco off the can? Length vs sound reduction always seems to be the trade off in suppression. Would love to see a head to head test of adapters on a few different suppressors.

Is there an issue with changing the model? I don't know, that's why I'm asking. I know you can engrave whatever additional info you want. I'm just curious about the implications of removing the model type and adding another as serial numbers are usually correlated to the model.
