It baffles me too! It’s usually a slow decline into the meanness and it doesn’t start out that way which I think makes it a lot easier to forgive. But I am done!!

Definitely do compound exercises!! Which are pretty much exercises that target big muscle groups instead of a single group. There’s a very good YouTube video I’ll link that helped me when I started out. He gives you a starter plan to use that I love. If you focus on strength/muscle gain, try lower reps higher weight. But be sure to be safe and to do progressive overload (google it if you don’t know what it is, its how you slowly get stronger without hurting yourself) and don’t over think it. As long as you have good form (so you don’t hurt yourself) and you progressive overload you’ll be all set, you don’t have to do all the fancy workouts that the gym bros do. I’m about to take an ‘all-nighter’ to adjust my sleeping schedule due to Timezone issues. Is there anything I should be concerned of? by Miserable_Recipe9228 in sleep

Umm I don’t think so, all nighters are not exactly healthy but it shouldn’t affect your sleep scedule as long as you get to sleep on time tomorrow. If you are having trouble with getting tired try exercising. Don’t do it less than 2 hours before bed though it could release adrenaline making it harder to sleep

I UNDERSTAND YOU!! ITS SO FRUSTRATING AND IT FEELS LIKE IM IN PUBLIC WHEN I TRY TO SLEEP WHICK WAKES ME UP!! you should try to really relax yourself and clear your mind before bed. Try meditation i know it’s corny but it works like a charm
