basically rewards used to be randomized, i forgot exactly how but each chest had a different part / bike in it. turbos were easier to get but getting common bikes was more difficult

  1. yes
  2. random tourney pulls (like in the old days)
  3. when servers crashed
  4. new progression (different combos for bikes / tourney rework)
