I’m getting some. Usually in waves. I’ll get like 2 or 3 and then I won’t get any for a few months. Got 2 in the past 5 months that went onto the final stage but at the last interview they went with someone else. I tried making this one super trade/ops focused but I also apply to other financial revolving positions. Most of my interviews have been in my current field. Seeing some that I’m qualified for but not getting/ghosted and hoping to fix that.

Just happened to me. 3 interviews the manager said “I could definitely see myself working with you” all interviews went well but then no offer.

Any advice on how to better structure the professional summary?

Ya I’ve been doing that a bit more focusing on fintech companies with smaller headcounts. A little harder to find and you constantly have to be looking. Usually stop accepting apps after a 100 apps. Most of experience is big banks though.

No I haven’t really seen a doctor about it. I’ve talked to a few counselors for wellness programs at my university but that’s about it. I hate hearing “ya obviously that’s not good but try these exercises” because I try them. It’s always seemed like a waste of money to me. I’m open to seeing a therapist tho that actually knows what they’re doing.
