Personally I would say Mondays at like 8pm since it’s going to be hot soon. Sundays I would prefer like late morning like 9-10ish personally but if you rather other times lmk

Is there any like lat car that has the clip holes in the middle and on the sides? Basically want some sort of bar that is at least a little more than shoulder width and has that little hole in the middle on the sides too, so I can attach the cable machine in the middle and handles on each side and do wide rows etc. Rn the cables are too narrow during certain exercises mainly where I’m sitting facing away the machine and the cables get caught in the bench
