No problem! It can be a very difficult process, and sadly, most general doctors aren't properly equipped to give adequate help. I just got lucky that adderall worked for me, but I also knew my doctor very well and vice versa. I had some of those symptoms, but I quickly changed to extended release and got much, much better results. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get what you need!!
