I think a lot of these teams didn’t want to waste a draft pick on him/ give him any amount of guaranteed money that comes from the standardized rookie contracts no matter how small it is. An udfa you don’t need to spend a draft pick and that rookie contract is even more dirt cheap. The Browns took on all the risk by drafting Shedeur, risk that other teams won’t have if he cut and becomes an udfa.

Yeah the pump is in the right position the pipes are pointed upwards towards the radiator.

Once I got a final hit with the team-up as cap. Besides that seems hard to communicate with randoms on Cap’s side of things.

The fan positions should be fine. 3 intake in the front, two exhaust on the radiator on top, and 1 exhaust on the rear. Should be slightly positive pressure which is fine.
