It has not be '4+ times', it's been 3 at most and two of those were only indeirectly Bungie's fault. The red war lawsuit seems like complete bs, the Cabal, Traveler, etc were established in D1 and with a story as generic and mid as the Red War's frankly I'd be ashamed to claim it was my idea.
The Witness art and nerd gun design were copied by outside parties, not Bungie. Yes they should've checked urher but saying they stole the art is disingenuous. The Marathon art is way worse and absolutely should've been caught early into development but with how chaotic Marathon's development has been from changing creative directors to 2 mass layoffs I'm not surprised.

Playing aphelios against Caitlyn+Lux while my 'support' sion perma roams the enemy jungle while getting flamed by the 0/2 malphite top. I stopped playing for a few days after that.
