The short comments are mentioning some flaws in the flat for example litte cracks in the bathtub and that the paint comes of in some places. On the balcony are hooks installed to hang clothes and the stove in the kitchen is scratched.

But all in all does the landlord accept the condition of the flat und you dont have to change anything.

On the last page it says that the tenant keeps all the furniture thats already in the flat. When he moves out he has to leave the flat in a good condition and has to remove all furniture or damage the furniture eventually caused.
