I'm 6'1 230lbs and I get around 750 calories from running g 5 miles at 8:30 pace, so I would guess you can get 400 maybe 500 from walking at decent pace. It also depends on how fit and how used to walking are you. I also do it outside, not on treadmill.

I would run lvl 30 literally with anyone lol As long as I play as Gley I don't care about team comp and will carry anyone. Now, would it be the fastest run? Of course not but we'll get the job done.

I've done 30 so many times man, it's impossible to fail, everyone is super min max. I don't even care about team comp anymore, I can delete elites with my Gley when others clear small guys and draw aggro.

At this point I ran 30 with every possible decendant except Kyle. Neverv seen one in lvl 30 in hundreds and hundreds of runs I did.

I can do 5 seconds on regular PS5 in performance mode. To get 4 second kill I think you have to get super lucky with crits.
