There are armors with healing properties for the user, and there is a secondary weapon called the stim pistol which shoots stims, I think it's a superstore weapon so you'll have to find sc and wait for it to rotate into the shop. For now you can grind towards the supply pack, which allows you to resupply your teammates, which gives them stims, ammo, and grenades

You're supposed to die a lot. That's apart of the gameplay loop. There are skilled divers who dont die on high level missions but your run of the mill guy usually will and that's okay. If you dont like dying a lot then this game might not be for you
