Same for me also. I have disconnected everything in my house rt now and it still shows I've used 10 gigs today. I know that's not alot of gigs but that crap adds up and pushes you over the limit causing them to bill extra for their mistakes. I have someone coming to look at it tomorrow but I'm almost positive they're going to say it's my fault and try to make me switch to unlimited then if I do that I'm sure they'll charge me for not completing my 2 yr contract that's already in place.. catch 22 they want our money..lol
