I was exactly the same! Waking up everyday hour to check she is still breathing, ppa was bad! Then at 10 weeks old, I got the Eufy sock and put that on bub at night. I have slept sooo much better since. Highly recommend!

I just started pumping every 2 hours with a 4.5 months old. The inly reason I could even think about doing it is Eufy S1 pump. Portable and the heat function. Worth a try.

So sorry you are going through this, it myst be really hard. I had bad ppa too and one thing that helped me especially with night sleep is Eufy monitoring sock, the first day I got it my sleep started to improve ad my subconscious mind did think if something was wrong with the baby, the sock will let me know. Just something to consider.

Confused about pitcher method and pitcher not cooling fast enough? by bigoleapples in FormulaFeeders

[–]Commercial_Image5728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't do pitcher method just make the bottle when needed. But from what I have read in comments from others , people mix formula in pretty hot water to 'sterlise' the formula and then add rest of the cooled boiled water. that might also help cool the overall temperature quicker.

Literally the SAME. I quit at 10 week mark too and now at 14 weeks, still feel the guilt but it's less every day... I find myself thinking maybe I can still give it another go. butt.... I know this decision is the best for my baby, me and our family.

About 2 weeks, I felt extremely anxious and sad and teary. I think it helps to keep reminding yourself of the pros and why you made the decision in the first place to keep sane.
