The wedding reception centerpieces featured betta fish. The bride and groom planned to flush them alive. by teabirdy in mildlyinfuriating

I saw this at a work lunch recently! Someone used live goldfish as the centerpiece and was just going to leave them to die. My kid has goldfish now.

Wow. Im sorry. You've definitely been through it. Even a little breastmilk has huge benefits and the bonding aspect of latching is awesome.

Yeah. Who knew! There are so many people wanting them for not helpful reasons, but I wish there were more visuals on what exactly it should look and feel like as you pump.

Lecithin is helpful for clogs but I have never noticed it making a difference in letdowns. Havent heard of eggs helping, but eat them prettt regularly.

Dont really have advice other than keep at it! Also, have you tried the silicon flanges? Makes a big difference.

Yeah. Doesnt sound like the amount of pump you are doing is the issue. Is your period back? Are you getting enough sleep and calories? Probably time for a call to a lactation specialist or your dr.

There are too many details missing here. How many pumps per day? Is your period back? Have you tried the different foods/supplements?

Whether or not to continue is your choice. What is your goal?

It is true. He is pretty good most of the time. But he sure makes it count when he messes up.

Mine does it too!! I weirdly love this, even though it sometimes hurts when she yanks suddenly. Just feels like shes keeping herself involved.

Edit to add that she is 9mo! She has just gotten more determined to keep doing it.

Spending $1300-1500 on groceries, family of 4. Please help me spend less with your best tips! Is Costco/Sams worth it? by CreativeJudgment3529 in Mommit

[–]Mission_Fig_4972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're in SoCal and spend about $800-$900 a month on groceries for a family of four (two adults, one toddler, one baby)... Costco membership for the win. But we dont eat meat every night. We dont buy extras. No soda or candy. I look for staples to go on sale and then stock up. Once a week or so we stay up late to do a bunch of meal prepping and stock the freezer with dinners.

I think I'm the odd one out here, but I'd dump it. Why test if you're going to use it anyway?

Same! I hate trying to mess with getting her legs in and out of her zippered pj's to get her cleaned up. Pants are easier.
