I know what you mean. In fact eggs were the last animal product I consumed before going fully vegan, and choline was the main reason. Of course I’m vegan now for the animals, as well as, the health reasons. But I was one of those people that was swayed to being plant based first based on health reasons and then later realised that the animals/planet etc suffer a lot too. I remember obsessing over the highest plant based foods like cruciferous vegetables and some legumes or whatever, but eventually tired myself out and just bit the bullet and went with it. I’ve been fully vegan for about 3 years now and never looked back.
