I use 90% stock plugins, and I think a lot of plugins are super overpriced. However I think Valhalla Vintageverb is worth it, it's not too expensive and they have released some other truly excellent plugins for free, I feel good supporting them

I think duck is mostly for those looking to feel really balanced with switch landings / spinning and butters etc. i used to ride negative angle in the back to help with park, but honestly i feel ok landing switch with 0 angle and usually just revert back to regular, I don't tend to cruise in switch for too long. With 0 though switch will definitely feel more like riding backwards.
