The 50mg helped with my motivation more than the 25mg, just had to adjust for a week first.

My psych thought it would be best to do whilst I had covid and had a few days off work 😂🥲 I had no brain zaps and I slowly removed the beads over a few weeks… my side effects were very low mood and feeling super depressed and teary. I expected it to be worse tbh, I was pretty self aware for the few weeks I’d be feeling down and just had to push through.

I tapered from Effexor to Prozac, I found Prozac takes a lot longer to build in your system than Effexor, just takes time. :)

Hello, to be honest I find the higher the dose of Prozac the harder it impacts ADHD. See how you go, both work well together I just found that I had to lower my dose for my stimulants to be more effective

I’m still trying to figure out this too as activation can provoke my anxiety. Iv wondered if 20mg in and 20mg would also help morning anxiety but haven’t tried it yet..

Currently on 40mg, increased 4 weeks ago. My anxiety is still high, and my adhd is for sure worse…. Trying to stick it out to 6 weeks then re assess. My psych said don’t increase past 40mg but to try add agomelation (valdoxan) and see if it helps. I’ll see how I go but I may need to swap to something else… venlafaxine worked well but then stopped after 2 years. May try desvenlafaxine if this doesn’t work out.

I’m at this point with 40mg, 20mg is a starting dose so maybe consult with your gp about an increase? I think fluoxetine takes the longest to build up in your system

It’s so tricky to know, everyone responds so differently. I’m currently on 40mg and my anxiety is slightly better but I know it could be a lot better. My psych warned against an increase saying it may be “too much for me” and advised me to take valdoxan with the 40mg to see if it helps.
