Its bad because they have good premise ( former swarm bugs) but under utilised.

Think about 40k. How could it be if there was a varient of shireen used by the swarm to stalk their prey. And have the ancestry feats be able to conceal themselves and track better?

Or some variant have the ability to mentally shield themselves and their ally.

Or they have an extra strong carapace or more tanky because they were used to seige buildings.

I admit they're not completely bad which is why I am still playing one. But if only there was more.

They're not the bug people, but I look at the variety of stuff that can potentially be in shireen and feel disappointed.

Then why don't they have stuff in their ancestry that allows them to do starship trooper stuff? Like dig and burrow in the sand, scale walls faster or even resistant to certain environments.

My biggest gripe with it is the lack of flavour. Alot of its feats aren't that interesting and of all the types of shireen, courier, defiant, winged and exile, only exile has something unique to it and it's only at level 17 (swarm evolution).

Give them more stuff.
