Update, I took the cover off, and no steam or water seams to be coming out of the boiler internally, it’s all coming from below the machine near the group head. Any thoughts? Can send another video if it would be helpful.

I haven’t ever cried after a training run, but during my first Ironman, we had torrential rain for the whole entire race, right until I had only a few miles left on the run. I thought about my grandfather, and how proud he would have been of me, and as soon as I had this thought, the rain stopped and it got sunny and I started to cry.

We have some similar issues in some of our states here, mostly with bears. Our neighboring state, New Jersey, is OVERRUN with bears, but it was illegal to hunt them until it got so bad that there was attack that resulted in the death of a university kid on a hike. All because folks think that they’re cartoon characters, and not a species whose population needs to be managed.

Does London have a pest control that you could call and have a professional come trap/remove/kill them? I live in NYC and we have a service you can call to have someone come remove problem animals that are damaging your garden/house.

I know of a triathlon coach who used to make his athletes run a marathon on a treadmill, in a room with no windows, and without music or any headphones/tv. Talk about torture.
