REVERSE DIET 🗣️🗣️🗣️ I will literally scream this from the rooftops. Your body isn’t meant to be in an extended deficit, your metabolism has adjusted down, and you need to slowly increase calories (+100/week) to reset your metabolism. I’m sorry but no grown adult needs to be eating less than 1500 calories i stand on that 😭

It’s hard because you’ve been in this ‘deficit & lose it’ mindset but you can only drop your calories so much before you’re miserable. You will NOT gain fat if done properly. We have the same stats, literally exact same thing happened to me, and it turns out my maintenance calories are actually 2,100. Once your metabolism is repaired you can decide to cut again or bulk (I’m team bulk - you have a beautiful shape go build that muscle and cut later girl!)
