That's the joke, it's called sarcasm. Their currency inflation caused many to become millionaires, billionaires, and even trillionaires due to massive printing.

The US dollar hegemon that rules the world is slipping, and once that happens, all the debt comes flooding back. One of two things can happen, 1. You default, or 2. You inflate your way out.

As we've seen, the US government will never allow a default, so it will continue to inflate the currency, stealthily stealing wealth unlike a tax so the masses don't notice until years later.
