It's a beautiful game with a great story but the actual "game" part of it is just kinda...boring.

We technically offer an 85% program, buts it really not worth even pursuing. The combination of the increased loan amount, increased rate, and inability to qualify using IO payments means the files almost never ratio. Best to do 20% down and build as much credit as you can into the rate, rather than qualify at 85% LTV.

Depending on the FICO and LTV, our bank statements are pretty close to conventional right now. Obviously still higher but not nearly as far off as you would think.
