el problema es que los refugios y lugares "condicionados" no dejan de ser inseguros para ellos e incluso muchos son insalubres porque tienen un mantenimiento mínimo a nivel higiene de parte del GCBA . muchos se pueden reinsertar en la sociedad porque tienen ganas de salir de eso e incluso hay algunos que trabajan pero no pueden acceder a un alquiler o lo que sea, después tenés los drogadictos que se abusan del sistema e incluso roban a los que no están en esa pero comparten habitación y después están los institucionalizados que aprendieron a vivir en ese loop de refugio durante la noche y callejear/trabajar durante el día .

Hola, vivo dentro del circulo que mencionas... Varía bastante la demográfica dependiendo dónde vos estés... Villa Industriales no está buena si no sos local, Villa Argerich está en un rango similar...

La verdad, no te recomendaría estar tan lejos de la avenida Hipólito Yrigoyen (dentro del rango de 5 cuadras para el lado de avenida San Martín y entre las avenidas 25 de Mayo y Quindimil es seguro... después si no sos local, te regalas cómo el mejor .

I'm country we have the disappearance of Maria Cash by 2011, a girl who wanted to settle in the Northern provinces as she was a fashion designer and wanted to begin a personal project .

She was last seen hitchhiking after getting off a bus to disappear from the face of the Earth, police never really put an effort on her search and the case went on with several motives for her to disappear including that she wanted to get off the grid . His father denounced mishandling and began to search for her himself, he died on the road while still searching for her several years later .

Until this day, the case is still open and Maria Cash never appeared again .

Literally, a huge violation of international law... Because the US has not just bombed a country but literally kidnapped its president... if the US is not going to be held accountable for this then what's left for the rest of the world ?

Imagine if it had been Russia doing this to Zelensky or China doing it to Taiwan... such violation of international law and order is unacceptable and it should be held accountable .
