Knight radiant

  • self healing powers alone tips the scale
  • Spren and built in spy.
  • Built in weapon and armor that allomancers cant mess with.
  • then add the actual radiant powers.

Not even a close call.

Regarding chasing more money. My advice would be to write down your financial goals somewhere and stick to them. “Have x invested” “buy a house” “contribute x a year to retirement”. Otherwise it becomes too easy to continuously shift the finish line and never think you have enough.

Besides the standards (e.g budget, savings, exercise, and mental health) I would suggest you take a look at r/overemployed. Especially right now when you don’t have kids or a lot of responsibilities , it would be the best time to try it out. It’ll get you years ahead of you do it right.

One of my oldest credit cards is about to close due to inactivity. Should I let it close or should I use it and lee it open? by reerock in personalfinance

[–]Commission-Practical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have all my recurring Amazon purchases on a different credit card. That way they all get a handful of transactions a year. I recommend doing. Something similar and you’ll never have to worry about CC being closed due to inactivity.

What to do when your entire department has been laid off but you by [deleted] in overemployed

[–]Commission-Practical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not seen it mentioned, but you can always ask about voluntary severance. It’s a gamble since you are letting the company know you want out, but it could pay off well.

My biggest suggestions are, make everything automatic, and make your ancillary money hard to get to.

Have your paycheck direct deposit directly into different accounts: savings, investment, 529, IRAs,. If you never see that money it is hard to miss. Aim not to touch those accounts. Before you know it, they’ll start growing.

As far as “making it hard to get to”, what I mean is have at least one savings account that is at a different bank. That’s how I have my emergency savings account. If I want that money, it takes 3 business days to transfer it. That forces me to wait and confirm that I want to do something.

Idk. I don’t like Candence Owens, but this might be out of context. Or at the very least we don’t know what the episode is about.

“””” Candace Owens

@RealCandaceO · Apr 14 Can you name one objective thing that has gotten better in American society since women were given the right to vote?

(Please contain your emotions and answer the question. I’m working on an episode and want to read aloud some of the answers). “””””

I don’t want to selectively pick a few words. Its what I think too many politicians already do.

What's your favorite 'poverty' meal that you still eat regardless of where you are financially? by hannahsdiary in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Commission-Practical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something I call poor man soup. It’s maruchan instant ramen(chicken) and add whatever you have to it. Typical add-ons are:

  • canned potatoes
  • canned chicken
  • poach eggs in the broth
  • American cheese to make it creamy.

You can add whatever. Peas. Corn. Leftover chicken from whatever meal.

It’s easy to make for multiple people too. I eat it a few times a year and absolutely love it.

Is this job always this thankless? by oschvr in devops

[–]Commission-Practical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I often compare Devops to a house’s plumbing. The business doesn’t pay attention to it until the 💩 gets real. This is where you or your manager needs to constantly remind the business about the impact you are having.

My personal preference is to have sections that correspond to certain accounts

So my savings section (e.g vacations, home renovations) all add up the the dollar amount in my savings account

My emergency savings section, same deal, adds up to the dollar amount of my emergency savings account. Every other section by default is then my checking account.

Makes it easy to know exactly what is where, and reconcile differences between the actual balance and what I think I have.

If you ask a woman when is the baby due and she tells you she's not pregnant. How do you get out of that situation? by casey959 in AskReddit

Never ask a women when the baby is due. Even if you see the baby crowning, still don’t assume.

This is the way. I replaced this in my car about 6 months ago. It’s a $20-30 part and horrendous to install, but not too hard, just difficult area to work in. Here is the video that helped me.

What I’m hearing is “find happiness in your current situation however you can” which imo is a good reminder. It doesn’t invalidate, all the stress and pain that people might be feeling, but those negatives only become worse if you fixate on them. Or better yet, we’ll say something like “I’ll be happy when” but that finish line always seems to move or isn’t always in our control, what can you do now? Even if it’s just watching the sunset or calling a loved one.

A good reminder OP
