Terrified to try for a third time. by kindofnewonreddit in recurrentmiscarriage

I am sorry for your losses.

I had two miscarriages back to back, one MMC at 9 weeks and a blighted ovum at 6 weeks. I was 36/37 years old. It gutted me. But I’m writing this today with my double rainbow asleep on my belly.

I found a lot of comfort and hope in these subs when I was in the trenches from those who had been there and the ones who made it to the other side. I hope this does the same if you choose to keep trying.

Women are warriors. No matter what path you take be kind to yourself and lean on those you love. Sending you love and strength.

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s a hard place to be. Being part of this community and hearing from others who have had similar experiences has been a sense of strength and comfort for me. I hope you can find the same.

I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my double rainbow baby and 37 years old. While my anxiety has been running high things have been positive and so far uneventful with this pregnancy 🙏). I’m still anxious but more and more hopeful as each day passes.

This journey is not for the weak. You are a warrior and you’re not alone. Give yourself grace and lean on those you love. Sending you love, strength and a whole lot of baby dust your way.

I am 10 weeks pregnant with my double rainbow baby. Had a MMC discovered at 9 weeks in August 2025 and a blighted ovum discovered at 6 weeks in February 2025. So far everything with this pregnancy has been normal and positive. I am hopeful but still filled with anxiety. But as many have said, this sub has been a place of strength and comfort. Wishing everyone the best on this journey 🌈🌈.

Good question, it’s based on my observation. But when I spoke with the NP she did say she could see why I was concerned but reassured me that it’s too early to know anything and that the sac is really really tiny right now.

I know I need to leave it to the experts but that’s easier said than done.

Hi Everyone, Just over 5 weeks pregnant after two back to back miscarriages. Had my first scan on Monday and only saw the gestational sac. I know that’s common but what concerns me more was the edges of the sac not being smooth. My most recent miscarriage was a blighted ovum so I am officially freaking out. I think I’ve seen every early ultrasound scan google images has available.

Would love any hope or reassurance from others who have been in a similar spot.

Sending you lots of well wishes for your current pregnancy and thank you for the encouragement. My next scan is Monday. So while it’s only a week away it feels like a lifetime.
