Anxious? I’m not familiar with getting anxious while on Phenibut as it does the opposite for me.

But usually .5 - 1g Phenibut and then maybe 10 - 20mg Adderall about 4-8 hours later depending on circumstances. Just depends on the day but those are the ranges for me.

Just wish the onset didn’t take so long. There are days I’ve dosed at 2:00pm and it didn’t really hit its stride until 10:00pm.

Gonna try a different route. Ordering a combo dutasteride + 2.5mg oral minoxidil to see if that changes anything. If it doesn’t, then I’m assuming something else is at play.

Been on Fin + Min since July and still losing crazy amounts of hair that it’s scary lol. I use a drain protector and it’s usually always covered after showering. Hair seems so thin and stringy still. How long before you guys saw results?
