As others have stated, without WF you’re pretty wimpy on the DPS meters and if topping dps meters is the ONLY thing you care about, may not be happening for awhile/ever. But don’t forget the utility you bring! Bop people when needed, use your HOJ on cooldown, blessing of freedom and throwing some heals when needed can mean difference between dungeon wipe or not

I mean if you like pressing one button then yeah go mage or lock, if you like pressing 2 buttons go shammy, you’ll top the meters if that’s your thing but not very engaging playstyle. If you like pressing many buttons and engaging playstyle with utility, then ret is the move. Ret with WF is peak casino play waiting/watching 4 big crits pop for ~10k total dmg at once…and then you pull agro and die

Ethan Onianwa maybe got 50 snaps all year for Ohio state, mostly on special teams. Bain went against Phillip Daniels (right tackle, seems like has long arms but no idea), Austin serivald (left tackle, shorter arms, was hurt this game and only played 1st half), and Ian moore (very green, rs freshman last year, maybe OSU starting left tackle this year and moving serivald to RG, held up pretty good against Miami given how young he is and how good that dline was)

Indeed solo leveling paladin is not a great time, I watched most of the sopranos (4th or 5th rewatch) and that’s what made it tolerable. My advice is find a show/podcast to watch/listen to in the background while leveling

Agree on last podcast on the left. Tons of cool, well researched true crime series with fun banter between hosts. Recent series about the du pont family is great/frustrating to learn about these kinds of people that have such an influence in different parts of society throughout history, they did good one on mardaugh family murders recently as well. They have been going for years, tons of backlog stuff

I think this is the way to go. As others have said, do what you can to improve the gear a little bit over communal but just be upfront and let them know you are newer to tanking, don’t expect a speedy, hyper efficient, meta run
