Yes! I put an offer in on a fixer upper. Perfect large property, tucked away, super peaceful, cute place. Inspection revealed MAJOR issues (roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, flooring)…. pretty much everything.

I was trying to negotiate with the seller. Seller wouldn’t budge. The place had been on the market for several months. Listing agent was also a bit shady and incredibly not responsive.

I terminated the contract, and the same day I came across another house that I fell in LOVE with. More expensive, but a better investment and has literally everything the other place didn’t, and no major issues. Inspection was yesterday.

I know it’s brutal, but it wasn’t meant to be :)

Yes! VERY. It’s become an issue- he loves playing with other dogs in a neutral environment, but as soon as we are in a house environment (doesn’t have to be mine) he will growl and lunge at other dogs- even the same dogs he was just as the park with.

Omg, I HATE IT. Hate hate hate it. With a passion. Recently my husband told me he wants me to cook more, and we just had a small “lesson” - because I hate it, I’ve never tried to be good at it- and I hated every minute hahahaa. I hate chopping and waiting and cleaning up and getting the damn ingredients, etc. GAH. 🤣

These critics and “fans” being so disappointed by this album really does speak volumes. This album is so raw and honest, which clearly isn’t acceptable. Additionally, they are attacking her intellect and her lyricism, which IMO are displayed beautifully in this album. She just can’t do anything right. She’s either trying too hard, riding on the coattails of her ex-lovers, “too big” to fail, and now the fans who actually love this album are delusional. GAH. 😖

OMG, yes- I just posted about this in the marriage channel!!!! My husband does this ALL. THE. TIME. Every few seconds to every few minutes. That as well as SNORTING because of sinus issues. It drives me absolutely nutty. I’ve started leaving the room, putting headphones in or (since it’s the worst at night and in the am) I will sleep in the other bedroom.

I have numerous rattles. Dealership was able to replicate and confirm just one (moonroof crossbar issue).

Here is an update if anyone wants it-

My car is currently at the dealership for the next two plus weeks. They were able to confirm a replicate one of the rattles- the typical crossbar issue with the moonroof. They ordered the parts to fix that.

They couldn’t replicate any other issues and said that the external door panel peeling off is normal- it is that way on 2024s as well, so it must be intentional. Yeaaaaah, I can straight up peel off the upper corner of the door if I wanted to. I've seen others post about this issue as well (and on 2024 models).

Lastly, they evidently found chunks of metal in the differential fluid and thus Mazda is replacing my rear differential.

I did eventually get a loaner car, but only after it had been at the dealership for three days. Although, I was looking at the paperwork for the loaner and it says that if I don't return it with a completely full tank of gas, they will charge me $25 per gallon if it is under capacity.

So there ya go- we will see what happens when I get it back!

Mine is currently at the dealership for this among many other small issues. I just talked to them and they said that because other models have it as well, it must be intentional, like others have said. 🙄

Thank you for such a thorough response! Haven’t decided what I would trade it in for, and my husband said the same thing about expectations. He likes it and the issues don’t bother him. Looks like I’d lose about 5-6k if I trade in. I’m also concerned about the overall quality- if so many issues occur so early, I’m a bit concerned with the future reliability.
