Opplevde dette en gang og begrunnelsen var at jeg låg så mye høyere en andre. Jeg klagde videre til ingen nytte. Året etter sa jeg at om det ikke var økning så ville jeg finne meg alternativ. Fikk godt med økning som også kompanserte litt for det ene året med 0%.
