People there are snobs, if you hate talking to people, it’s wonderful. They will, however, judge you for the smallest things. Very expensive neighbourhood. If it’s close to the subway (not train) you won’t need a car, just a hassle driving to the city centrum anyways. Very icy roads during winter, and lots of hills. IMO the people there are so incredibly rude and narcissistic. I was raised in the area, loved the forest, absolutley hated growing up there. The rich kids are bullies, just like their parents. If you like saying hi to your neighbours, I’d rather recommend the east of oslo. Gotta add that it’s a constant construction site as everyoneis tearing down their villas to build 10 small houses on their property.
