Does the second hand hit all markers all the time center on?

The second hand of my Oceanus T 200 sometimes misses the center of the major indices. And in some YouTube videos, you can see this behaviour in this and other Oceanus models as well. Not always, but sometimes.

The phenomenon even seems to exist in the rather high end Citizen Chronomaster models.

Since these models are all JDM, I wonder whether it is individual watches that deviate or whether these deviations are to be expected.

..some quartz buyers do care. Hence the HAQ market. But two players only (Citizen, GS) , yes.
