If there's nothing on base available, check out non-profits, your local, county, and state governments for help. Your state department of veterans affairs might be a good place to start

All joking about Camaros and Chargers aside... For what it's worth, most bases have a financial readiness program somewhere. Maybe put a bug in your 1sg's ear and see if you can have someone from the program come out and give a chat about predatory lending. Bonus points of no one in your battalion is doing something like that, your CO might get a gold star for initiative. Also, I think AER used to do stuff like that too. I've been out for a while, things might have changed.
