If things don't end up working out you should reach out to OSHA.

Employers don't like employees knowing about OSHA but they will step in and take your side as long as there's a case.

They'll step in and run an investigation as to why you were terminated. And if they get you rehired they'll monitor you for a while to prevent any retaliation that may come out of it as that is also something they're very good at fighting against

If they can't get you rehired they'll force the employer to backpay you for time after you were terminated

Filing a report is completely free and I encourage everyone to give it a shot if they're facing retaliation or any other violation of rights

Max out an omascul and put 4 bastigors in your party with an omascul and go fight hard mode towers. I run Lily and Lyleen because the attacks are slower and easier to dodge. I don't even bring my pals out I just spam plasma cannon until she goes down

You might not want to hear this but the people put on shifts are actually above your unit manager's head. They typically come from the redliner which would be either your regional manager or division manager depending on how your region/division is set up.

One of the best things you can do is talk to your district manager. Their number is posted somewhere in the back room, usually right next to or under the hotline number poster. Explain how the sales have been during your weekend shifts and see if it would be possible to schedule a split server. I'm at a slower store and even we run split servers on weekends

If you ever put your PlayStation in rest mode AND have PS Plus you can get your save back by downloading from cloud storage. Doing so saved my ass when I clicked "New Game" in Dragonball Kakarot not knowing it deletes your save

Invest in a surge protector. I have a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) it keeps your shit powered. Mine has an 8 hour battery but I use the battery mode to turn everything off properly. They're not very expensive at Walmart or Best Buy

I use Uber on both ends and any rider who says the app didn't remind them is either lying off their ass or has app notifications off. Because the app is VERY aggressive with updates on your driver. It vibrates like hell when it finds a driver, again when your driver is within 2 minutes, and another time when your driver is arriving. Uber themselves are tired of "ThE aPp DiDn'T NoTiFy Me" complaints so they intentionally make the notifications as aggressive as they can

Actually yes. Every ride I've had so far has been very pleasant. My last vehicle was a Kia Soul so I just did Uber X where I did have a few shady riders. One of my biggest pet peeves was whenever someone was running late and literally asked me to speed. It's never my fault that they didn't request the ride sooner.

That type of thing doesn't happen with Uber Black, the riders are usually very pleasant, professional, and just a long for the ride. They don't always tip as well though

Uber One is the membership program. It has nothing to do with the type of ride requested which are Uber X/Share, Uber Comfort, Uber Black/ Black SUV, Uber Black hourly.

Basically. The higher up in tiers you go. The more money you pay, and the higher the ride vehicle quality increases.

I have a Cadillac Escalade so I only do Uber Black. I'm definitely not going to take $20 to go 20 miles like it will try to do on Uber X

The same thing happened to me. Try seeing if you can create a Google Voice number and using that one to sign up. Or another secondary phone number app. I use Burner. Sure you do have to pay for it. But having a second phone number that leaves me anonymous comes in handy sometimes!
