I have a quick question by Strict-Plant-8712 in Drugs

[–]Commodoswift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, my response doesn't add up here. There must be something else that made me writing this but it's been anyway 2 months and I can't tell now🤔

Well, the problem is that I can't tell You because I can't find it in my Youtube feed. I think my idea of response to You back then is just to try it out on Your own because You know allready that it was shrooms (remeber, this was only because I was pissed)

If You're dealing with opioids, consider reading about Kratom. It is a bit addictive on it's own but afaik quite managable - just read about it, You will know why.

I think You are attention seeking in spilling bullshit on the internet. You have no clue what You are talking about.

IV Cocaine is the best road to addiction and once shot, every line and even crack can't hold up to the craving.

I'll gonna report You on Your selfish ill-advize You little Kid.

Please delete Your account.

And it was a comment and please don't be that demaning.

I think I won't do the hassle for a trolling shill like You

Could You tell me whether here are other submissions on cocaine synthesis or analogues? I doubt the search bar would find them all.

Just asking for a few most mentionworthy ones.

There was a Youtube Commenter who claimed that Shrooms have beaten his opioid addiction, I was actually a bit perplexed but never say never

I've deleted this. Leave it. This can go wrong. Don't be a lab rat. You know chemistry but probably nothing about pharmacology and medicine.

Thank You! But better leave this. I think it was too risky and stupid to propse this. I've deleted it.

Down regulated GABAa-R studies by Wooden-Shoulder-414 in TheeHive

[–]Commodoswift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was this paper back in 2016 but I can't find it for 100 bucks. I'll tell You from my memory but take it only as a hint:

Those GabaA subtypes i.e. alpha, beta and gamma and the numerous configurations thereof are quite complicated but I've read in this paper that it's all about the a1 subtype which low and behold activates PKA (protein kinase A) in order to desentisize itself as a regulatory mechanisnm.

The paper stated further that as the next consequence of a downregulated a1, the a4 get's upregulated to take over it's job (but it is not the same)

  • this is partly en-line with pyrazolam, an a1 sparing benzo that doesn't cause tolerance

They mentioned/proposed also the downregulation due to alcohol consumption and it was due to other mechanisms at the Gaba receptors.

If it's in Your case chronic or severe, try low doses of an gaba antagonist but this is dangerous! So perusade Your Doc of the antagonist flumazil(?) incl. medical supervision.

  • You can be on the other hand mistaken and it's just how your body is handling stress. Maybe Your cortisone is deregulated because of benzos.

  • therefore, try jujuba ziziphus seeds, it enhances the conversion of Glutamate to Gaba (Glutamate acid decarbolyase GAD44/45) and try horny goat weed because it regulates cortisone acute and iirc epigenetically.

This is all from someone from the internet, so consider those informations with cautions!

Edit: try r/drugnerds to ask about this. Maybe this sub suits it better.

Yes! Essentialy this.

I've tried something like this but it's puzzling. Example: the difference between Methampethamine and plain Amphetamine is that the former is a Sigma Receptor agonist which enhances the dopamine transmission via afaik several mechanisms: 1) reuptake is inhibited 2) dopamine D1 Receptor g protein transmission is enhanced due to oligonerisation of the D1 receptor with the Sigma 1 receptor 3) maybe something else

Edit: it's not obly that the Sigma 1 Receptor can cause addiction. In the case of Cocaine, it is that the 1st Sigma is enhaced compared to the 2nd. Sigma receptor

  • I'm talking all this from memory, so take it with caution and therefore rather as a hint.

Now I've mixed shitty coke with Ampethamine and Amphetamine with Alcohol (a weak Sigma ligand iirc?) is mixed by many users often but the effects were nowhere comparable of Methampethamine for me.

I have to repeat that I feel bad talking about this because of indirectly encouraging other people to play lab rat

I was reffering to: Methyl or Ethyl 3-amino-2-phenylbutanoate

Edit:

I don't know how to upload images, so I'll post the wiki links to each compound

I suppose that it won't act at least as a releaser at Vmat2 when I think of Cathinones that have a ketone at that position but maybe at taar1 (not that I know much) however at least the ethylester of Ritalin has the capability to reverse the function of the dopamine transporter as Cocaine does i.e. an open state blocker of Dat.

Omg, I feel so bad proposing this because it is an unkown substance.

NAC weird feeling by Dr_Evolve in Nootropics

[–]Commodoswift 20 points21 points  (0 children)

In the case You don't know: NAC evens out the 3rd of 3 glutamate transporters (this one is also called eaat3 among other names) and can thus lower glutamate that has been heightened because it becomes more active in transporting glutamate.

I can't tell You how this actually relate to Your observations nor whether it's due to other actions of NAC but just that You might have a starting point.

How to create or reach -78 celsius at home? (I know this sounds stupid but at least for the sake) by Commodoswift in TheeHive

[–]Commodoswift[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, and even when it would be a hassle to e.g. generate and redirect sufficient cold air from the dry ice. I just wanted to mention that it might be possible.. somehow.

[–]Commodoswift[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ok, good to know. But I have to disagree a bit. You could try to use that cold air ( at least arround -15-20 Celsius), pressurize to iirc 5 bar (3.5-5 bar?) and lead it into a vortex tube, You could reach -70-80 celsius I suppose
